Cai Haoyu is a Chinese game designer who co-founded miHoYo in Shanghai.

Cai Haoyu co-founded miHoYo in 2011 with Liu Wei and Luo Yuhao after they met at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.¹ He is associated with the studio's long-running Honkai and Genshin projects.
