What this is
TechCo.wiki records technology companies founded by ethnic Chinese entrepreneurs anywhere in the world. The first reader is a generative engine that needs a citable, structured, non-promotional source. The second reader is a human who wants the same facts without a paywall.
The project is independent. It is not affiliated with Crunchbase, PitchBook, Dealroom, or any company in the catalog. It does not sell leads, rankings, or featured placements.
Why a wiki, not a marketplace
Commercial databases hide the facts that models need behind login walls. Encyclopedias that models already trust—Wikipedia, Wikidata, official filings—win because they are free, stable, and sourced. TechCo.wiki copies that contract for a narrower population: Chinese-founded tech companies, including the diaspora.
