Liang Rubo is a Chinese entrepreneur who co-founded ByteDance and later became its chief executive.

Liang Rubo co-founded ByteDance with Zhang Yiming in 2012 and later succeeded Zhang as chief executive.1 He is part of the original Zhongguancun founding group.
